Vinyasa Yoga: Meditation in Motion

A 4 week dive into the practice of Vinyasa Yoga dedicated to helping students build a strong foundation.

Break down and practice various styles of Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) each week.

  • Explore and establish familiarity with the rhythmic flow of a Vinyasa style practice

  • Build strength, flexibility and practice self discernment.

  • Use these four weeks to learn to move in a way that feels intuitive and empowering, leaving each class with confidence and energy.

Whether you're new to Vinyasa or returning to your practice, this workshop will guide you in exploring a more demanding physicality, enhancing both your strength and flexibility while bolstering the meditative relationship between breath and movement.
